He lost his juggernautic rep tonight, but he's still a threat to anybody at 147. Tony didn't win that fight easily. He took a lotta punishment, but he ain't ruined, although I'm sure he lost some time off his career.

I think he will but it's tough to say because that was a brutal fight.

I don't know he fought a really good fight, he balanced caution with effectiveness just about in the right measure and really pasted Margarito and Margarito was just too strong. No doubt about it he got broken. You don't know how a man comes back from that .

he'll bounce back but i dont think he'll ever reach the point he was at right before the fight. if he were to move up in weight he wouldnt do too well imo

I think 147 is the right weight for him, he just lost to a better man

I disagree with him but what do u guys think? Can Cotto bounce back or will this effect him?
Gee only 1 loss, yeah hes done for

.. are you kidding me he will be back give him another Gomez for his next fight, maybe the worst thing for Cotto is the blow to his huge ego though I really think he believed that Margarito had no chance to beat him.

He said he will be done kinda like how Vargas was after Tito, he wasn't the same
