Who has Froach beaten to be placed in the top 6 at super middleweight? It seems like they are just putting random guys in there these days. There is no gurantee that he will get past Jean Pascall.

If he does, Jermain Taylor will PUNISH Froch.

Froch has NO defense whatsoever. Even if Taylor didn't use his jab, he could still beat him, easily. Taylor has some good pop in his punches, great handspeed, good combinations that Froch would run into all night.

Yeah, i swear Froach really does remind me of Vic Darchinayin but a little less akward.

You been a little harsh on Kessler in the past, but I want to know who you think would win, if Mikkel Kessler fought Carl Froch ?

Yes exactly. At least Di Bella was honest about it.

People ask who Froch has fought on one hand. But then say he isnt big enough to fight the likes of Taylor on the other.

              Its a common double standard.

Some of you guys are too quick to jump the gun. Carl Froch has had 23 fights in total. He is still coming up. It's very easy to dismiss him and say "duh... but he only fought Euro bums" yet seemingly you fail to acknowledge that it isn't so easy to get a shot at the big names without doing exactly what Carl is doing right now. Do any of you honestly think he has a lack of desire to prove himself against world-class competition? Do you really think he's happy fighting these so-called "Euro bums" and he has already achieved his life's goal?

Any fighter or fan who takes Froch lightly is a fool, and most likely a fool who is merely basing their immature nationalistic, caveman-esque bias on the fact that Carl is not from their country of birth, so hey, he must be crap, right? Rid your mind of nationalism for a second and realize that a good fighter is a good fighter, it doesn't matter where he is from. As boxing fans, I am surprised so many of you fail to recognize great potential. Carl Froch is probably far better than you realize, it's just a matter of time before he proves it.

Bottom line: Give the guy a chance. Nationalism is transparent, and posting biased opinions on a message board does nothing to change anyone's opinion who already disagrees with you. What it actually does is make you look like a moron.

I know Jermaine Taylor is a good fighter. I don't know how good Froch is. Except in boxing circles he is highly touted and he has more skills than he shows as a world championships amateur silver medalist.

Kessler would demolish Froach in like 8. How have i been harsh on Kessler? He is a very good fighter and i like him, but i just got irratated when people said that he is better than a prime Hopkins. He may be the next man at super middleweight after Calzaghe leaves as well.

You haven't been very kind to Dawson.
