I'm from Houston and I'm going to the fight in Sept. I think it will be a close fight , But I'm leaning toward Katsidis in this one. To much power. Who ya'll got?

I don't know about Katsidis. He's strong... but he shouldn't have lost against Casamayor. Not in a million years. He needs someone to teach him basic boxing skills. He can't expect to win every fight just because he's a tough MFer. -
It's power vs skill in this one. It's to close to call. Diaz style is tailor made for katsidis. He stands there in front of you, And not like Casamayor where Kat had to chace him around. Diaz is not a counter puncher either. He just like to trade.Comment

Another one from Houston. Wussup, I'm from Victoria. I'm going to the fight and I'm gonna say Diaz will be too much for Katsidis. I think Juan will land the cleaner punches and lots of them. Katsidis will hit a lot of glove, with the occasional hook slipping in, but he will look like raw meat after 12 rounds.Comment

I'm really surprised no one is talking about this fight I mean no one. It's only 2 weeks away and is getting no love around here. I think this fight has the potential to be FOTY candidate. Boxingscene is just obsessed with hating Joe Calzaghe.Comment

thats the puzzling thing...katsidis has decent boxing skills, he was in the 2000 sydney olympics and he had an amateur record of 75-7
but he gets wild and carried away when he lunges in or when he tastes blood....when he picks his shots and presses forward surely but steadily, setting up the big one he is a very good fighter.....he just gets caught up in these scrappy brawls all the time...he just cant resistComment
