i have no idea who can win this one.
diaz lack of power is his great disadvantage, but his volume compensates that, and he slowly wars you down, but against katsidis i really dont know if he is gonna be able to hurt him very much.
on the other side katsidis is strong and tough, but lacks boxing skills and defense, so katsidis will be eating leather all night long xD.

I think that diaz will win by decision on a very tough fight that will make everyone feel that katsidis can turn the fight at any point with one punch.
