in my eyes yes cause i dont believe Hatton's win over Tszyu was a true reflection of who was the better fighter mainly because Hatton was allowed to use ileagal tactics to beat him

where as Hamed swept through his division and looked like he was the best FW in the world not just by British fans and media but by American fans and media ,Hamed fights on post Barrera he secures his place among the best IMO

IMO there is a big gap between Elite and B Class fighters

however a B Class fighter is capable of getting a win over an Elite fighter if the B Class fighter has the style to trouble the Elite fighter but 9/10 Elite fighters show their class and come out on top

Mayorga could be considered Elite with his wins over Vargas,Forrest but the reallity probably is he is not Elite Vargas was shot and he just has the style to beat Forrest
