10 Million is definitely not worth tarnishing his legacy over Oscar. Oscar is out of his prime which means beating him won't get him that much credit even though he is going up. Then if he loses, it won't mean much for Oscar since he was just beating on a little man, but still, the damage will be done and it could be the end of Pac as we've known him to be. this should be a 50/50 cut for sure!! i mean, i know de la hoya is the cash cow right now. but manny pac, isnt too far behind. pac can make nearly as much fighting hatton with less risk.

in reality, pac doesnt need de la hoya. de la hoya needs pac because he wants to finish his career with a win, and what betta way to win it by beating p4p 1. after all he does deserve to finish with a big win after having an impressive resume.
