    Pacquiao offered $10-M vs ODLH

The Mexican media reported that Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) has dangled an offer of $ 10 million for Manny Pacquiao to face Oscar De La Hoya in December.

Box-latino said that apart from the guaranteed purse, GBP is also luring the Filipino with a share on the expected high pay-per-view sales which is estimated to reach $ 5 million.

The figures that have been released is similar to the amount disclosed by a member of Pacquiao’s inner circle last week.

"But Manny wants more than that," said the Team Pacquiao insider.

Earlier reports reveal that Pacquiao wants a $ 20 million but trainer Freddie Roach said it would already be great if Pacquiao earns between $ 15 million to $ 18 million in a De La Hoya fight.

De La Hoya is the king of the pay-per-view after his ballyhooed battle with Floyd Mayweather last year hit 2,150,000 buys.

De La Hoya got $ 25 million as purse, while Mayweather received $ 10 million but they earned more than after their cut on the pay-per-view were added in.

    That's chump change for DLH.

If they fight, Pac needs atleast $20M

Pac should really turn it down and try to get some more cash out of De La Hoya. He's moving up a lot in weight to fight a much bigger guy who many think will beat him so he should at least get a nice big pay day out of it in case he loses.

Its hard to turn down that much money when others are going to be willing to take that. 10 mill might be getting the short end of the stick but thats still a whole lot more than he can make by fighting anyone else, DelaHoya holds all the cards and can deal them as he wants.

True, but i think De La Hoya really wants this fight the most out of all the other possible match ups.

Pac made about 8 mil fighting david diaz after his cut of ticket and ppv sales were figured in. He could make 10 mil easy in a marquez trilogy. Delahoya needs this fight more than Pac needs it. He'll be prepared to offer Pac whatever he wants to take this fight.

Oscar's going to be watching Cotto-Margarito very closely this Saturday. If Cotto wins, no doubt in my mind Oscar fights him.
