Wow. The possibility of Hopkins beating Pavlik really is not getting much play around here is it? Now, I agree that Pavlik should beat Hopkins based on his workrate, but I promise you, it is by no means certain. We are talking about a very green, tactically limited boxer up against one of the best technical boxers of recent years, and one of the most experienced. Remember, Hopkins pushed Calzaghe who is P4P #2 in the world extremely hard, what makes you think he can't do the same to Kelly Pavlik? Of course, Joe being British and not being a one dimensional slugger means he can't really be P4P #2 now doesn't it, and Hopkins must have turned **** if he lost to the overrated euro bum, mustn't he?

yeah, hes keeping up the story/excuse as to why Joe wont fight Pavlik. "Guys like Joe and Bhop are to high a calibur for Pavlik" uh yeah ok Enzo tell it to Joe or BHop when they are getting punched in the face by Kelly.

It is not the suggestion of Hopkins beating Pavlik that is getting people upset,as many people have stated that BHOP has a good chance to win.The fact that Enzo needs to run his mouth and discredit Pavlik any chance he gets and his fighter Gary "LOL" Lockett stating Pavlik is nothing special when he was destroyed by Kelly in under five rounds is what makes people get a little annoyed. If Pavlik is nothing special what does that make Lockett? Why can't you see how what Enzo said could upset some Pavlik fans or boxing fans in general. He said the same lunacy for Haye vs Mac and was put in his place, you would think he learned his lesson after that fight.

Oh well, its just trash talk, and its not like Pavlik's trainer Loew doesn't do it. I'd say Enzo is getting the response he wants from US fans.

Lockett is **** by the way.

What was he like 34 and 1 before he fought Pavlik and was never stopped,I guess they padded his record very well before he came over.

I guess so, I would imagine they did this by having him fight guys a bit closer to his level than Pavlik.

Debatable mate, just because Enzo got caught early doesn't really mean much. It could have easily gone the other way.
