Enzo Calzaghe, father and trainer of Joe Calzaghe, says that WBC/WBO middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik is not in the same league as a fighter like Bernard Hopkins. He predicts that Hopkins will beat Pavlik with very little trouble on October 18 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

It's probably natural though for him to say that since Calzaghe barely got the win against hopkins. Sayin stuff like that makes the hopkins win so much bigger. Or he might actually believe that i dunno.

Its not at all impossible, Hopkins represents a step up in class for Pavlik in my opinion, if not a step up in athleticism. I do regard this as a dangerous fight for Pavlik, but unless B-Hop radically alters his recent tactics, which he won't, then Kelly ought to be able to get a workrate based decision. He will need to be on his game though.
