    Most likely Maywheater.

As it is today, I'd rate both about the same, but Toney is done already, while Maywheater still has a great chance to fight Cotto, Pacman, maybe Hatton at Wembley, and add greatly to his legacy.

Because Toneys style isnt flash i never really thought he was that good. But ive got a new appreciation for him. He fights everyone dont he? Plus RJJ said Toney was his toughest ever opponent and so hard to catch. As RJJ never seemed to find it hard to catch anyone that impressed me about Toney.

      PBF has more to do.

Mayweather, and it isn't even close. Floyd always showed up to his fights in top shape. You don't see losses to someone like Drake Thadzi on his record either.

          Floyd is the better boxer.

Mayweather is not invincible, but I can't imagine him being so completely outboxed by anybody, the way Toney was by Roy Jones.

I actually thought Jones had more trouble against Griffin in their first fight, he was actually getting frustrated but he did catch Griffin eventually.

And there's always that second fight.

Toney took on all comers. Yeah, he's got losses instead of an 0 but that's cuz he wasn't afraid to lose. And he's been in more memorable fights.

That immediately come to mind, come from behind KO against Nunn was ill. What shoulda been the nail in the coffin for Holyfield. Holy was past his best 4 sho, but in his 1st HW fight Lights Out put it on him. And how can anybody not appreciate the war Toney had wit Jirov for the CW belt? He didn't deserve as much credit as the judges gave him on their biased lopsided cards, but that was a ****in memorable fight. I loved watchin him break sumthin off for Iran Barkley too. Memorable **** homey.

Thats becuase Toney fought the best. We don't know what would have happened if Mayweather fought a Margarito, Cotto, Mosey ect. That could be misleading. I rank fighters who fought the best over fighters who worries about money rather than legacy or their history/place in the sport. I am a fan of Mayweather, but he has to step up his game and start fighting the best becuase i have already noticed some decline in his recent fights. He is heading toward being past his prime.
