You're also talkin' about someone who is older than Barrera. Penalosa is between 35-37 years old and a current world champion! His punches doesn't come off the holster as quick as it used to. But the technical skills, ring savvy, Grade A chin is what's keepin' him around.

You say Penalosa has a decent punch. That's actually pretty impressive for someone who has had to move up two weight divisions up and is on the downslide of his career going against young, energetic fighters

unlike vazquez penalosa was never tested on his prime he only fought at asia
vazquez fought the world best in his weight class thats why hes in the p4p list penalosa has never been near that list
u picking penalosa over vazquez on their primes only shows ur biased
