I had Sturm beating him 115-113 but that was 4 years ago. I'll get to it after the 2nd Mosley fight

I probably would have given the decision to Whitaker (even though I don't score, so that means absolute jack ****) because I thought he was landing more punches, and the punches Oscar was landing weren't really hard or really clean enough to make up for that deficit.
      what do you mean?

I will never understand how Whitaker has more fans than Mayweather. Mayweather is a Whitaker that actually hits back

Oh wait I know why. Because Whitaker's been retired for some years.

Not saying I disagree with Oscar winning any of those fights but you've proven time and time again that you can't score worth a ****.....

Maybe I should watch it again, I had it a draw, but Pea made those rounds tough to score with his clowning.

Aren't you the one that still thinks Hopkins and Wright beat Taylor?

that's a key word for this fight. one guy was fighting and the other guy was clowning because he wasn't able to fight the same way

Oscar stole a close round or two based on more effective punching. Whitaker spent this whole fight going backwards and clowning, which is something you do when you don't like getting hit. He obviously was.

In the past, I used to accept scorecards that had it a draw, but watching it again the judges were actually pretty spot on. One had the same score as me while the other two each gave Oscar an extra round. They were slightly too wide but nothing unbelievable. I would love for a Whitaker fan to explain to me how he won this fight. Really, if a Whitaker fan can show me 6 rounds he won, I would love to hear why.

So thus far I have scored the fights

Whitaker-De La Hoya: 115-111 De La Hoya
                    De La Hoya-Quartey: 114-111 Quartey
De La Hoya-Trinidad: 117-111 De La Hoya
                    De La Hoya-Mosley I: 115-113 Mosley
Are you sure about the Trinidad fight? That looked like a draw of win for Tito when i saw it... Never saw the Whitaker fight nor the Mosley fights. Quartey definitely beat Oscar that night, so did Sturm, you forgot that controversial fight of Oscar's
