****** move by Pavlik and his people. At 175 I greatly favor a hopkins win by decision. He should have tried to lower the weight at a catchweight of 170 atleast... Jesus, Pavlik is insane. And if Pavlik fought Calzaghe at 175, he'd get his ass kicked too. It's too much weight to go up this quickly to fight a quality opponent.

I wanted to see him kick the **** out of Williams, but I guess he left that up to Cotto. Pavlik kicking the **** out of Hopkins is even better.

I'm not so sure about this decision at all. First of all, that is a ****load of divisions to be going up in weight, especially when ur fighting a quality, though aged, opponent like Hopkins.

And Secondly, u have unfinished business down at Middleweight. It is going to be extremely hard for him to go up that high and then shrink all the way back down.

I like Pavlik a lot, but i dont like this move. I REALLY wanna see him fight Abraham. He would lost a lot of credibility amongst hardcores if he avoids Abraham.

Kball, even tough I want Hopkins to win and feel that he will. This will be a learning lesson for Pavlik. Pavlik can learn from this fight because he has never fought a fighter like hopkins
