Floyd UD, Zoo did not have the ability to box with Floyd over 12 and those who say Zoo would KO him are just fools, plain and simple.

And don't get me wrong, Tszyu is top 5 all-time at junior welter. But he's not a better fighter than Floyd at ANY weight. Get over it.
No I didnt. I stated what you've agree with that Tszyu was one of the best 140lbers of all times.

So the statement you made "Tszyu would have nothing for Floyd at 140" is quite ridiculous considering Floyd at 140 didnt do an awful lot and got out as soon as he got paid and picked up a trinket.

Thats not the point. Hatton certainly wasnt a better boxer than Tszyu but he executed his gameplan to perfection. Thats the beauty of these scenarios, everyone can have an opinion and they're neither right nor wrong and you never really know what could've happened.

tszyu could never beat floyd comparing zab and mitchell is ridiculous especially since the first fight with mitchell was stopped due to the fact that mitchell sustained a knee injury

Mitchell was starting to take a pounding though and had been hurt several times by that stage. Though it is a vastly different fight. I still personally think that if you let Tszyu get set he can always beat you. Mayweather would let him get set. That in itself gives Tszyu a chance.

lol @ tszyu being a pressure fighter, good lord, you pretty much said that without likely ever seeing a tszyu fight in your life.

When they picked carlos baldomir up as a sparring partner i knew they were preparing mayweather to be smothered, but i dont think anyone had any idea hed turn out to be a better inside fighter than hatton, hatton landed almost 0 big shots on mayweather on the inside and his patented left hook ended up being his undoing.

I thought about it too, but only in hindsight: since Baldomir is slowmotion compared to Hatton, in those sessions Mayweather was going to just stay there with him.

EDIT: the way Mayweather fought that fight, and the fact that neither Hatton nor Oscar landed a significant left hook, not even in the early rounds, convinced me that Mayweather not watching vids is bull****

I'm not sure if Mayweather would let Tszyu get set if he fights a smart fight by using his legs, potshotting and moving, it would be very hard for Tszyu to get set if Mayweather does this.

Agreed. I've always found it ridiculous that people, or Mayweather himself, has said he doesn't study video of his opponents. It's very obvious he does. It's one of the reasons he adjusts so well. It takes a few rounds to get used to the style of the actual fighter but by the time he has gotten used to them he can then implement everything he picked up from the tape. I'm still baffled that more fighters don't watch tape. For most fights it can give you a huge advantage. The punch that Hatton always threw a lot is also the exact punch in which he drops his right hand all the way to his waist. Mayweather was just waiting for it.

Yes, absolutely. The only problem here is that Mayweather always fights from a stand point throughout a fight in certain parts to get a rest etc. He will always lie on the ropes at some point. Always. Mayweather very rarely 'runs' and moves a lot and in every fight even if he has used a lot of movement there are always points throughout the fight in which he will stand or lie on the ropes for long periods of time. It's just how he fights.
