    that's a very ignorant statement.

he was getting pressured all fight long. he was old and no longer at his best. ricky wasn't slowing down. ricky was a strong , young hungry fighter.

what's the point of going out another round just to get beat up when you know you don't have anything left?

did you see the fight? did you see the end of the fight?

    that's called class.

sometimes you can tell more from a guy when he losses. i bet you every guy in the stadium that way left with a lot of respect for kostya that night. even if he did "go out on his stool."

any brits here that was at that fight. tell him.
I wouldn't even bother with that dude, Tua. He made a thread about how he wasn't going to pay up on his bets. Tried to make some kind off lame ass excuse, and come off like he had some kind of code. The only code he shown was that he is a mangina that doesn't like it when **** doesn't go his way.
He didn't start paying until his whiney ass started getting red k'd.
So don't try to explain class to that ****er, Tua. It would be a totally alien concept to him.....

Anytime the cards are even, in the other guy's hometown... doesn't that mean that the boxer in question thinks he has the fight in the bag?

Boxers always give themselves 2-3 more rounds than the judges have given him, right?
Hatton was ahead on all the cards. Tszyu wouldve needed a knockdown to get a draw I believe. Cant remember exactly.

Compare Judah and Mayweather defense, getting KO’d by Kostya. The thing good about Kostya is his boxing gears he sells pretty good quality.
so kostya wasn't **** because of how he ended his career on the stool?

so arguello must be **** because of how the pryor fight ended right?

morales must be a nobody because of how he just shook his head and didn't get up in the 3rd pacquiao fight?

so no matter what duran did in his career he was a bum for quitting in the leonard rematch?

i don't get you guys. don't get all mad because some people think he can beat your favorite fighter. it's just opinion.

i think tszyu is a little overrated and a little underrated. tszyu could never beat floyd, floyd would adjust to tszyu's counter punching style and make the fight look similar to floyds fight with oscar with a little more offense and a little more dominant

I checked it and you are right...

              1 point, 3 points and 5 points I think.

Anyway, all boxers do think they are winning like every fight unless they are getting wiped out.

You can't tell me that Kostya Tszyu was 100% certain that he was behind on all the cards at the time of the stoppage, can you?

It was kind of weird that he did stop the fight on his stool. He wasn't overly hurt or cut or anything. Just weird.

it doesn't even matter what the cards were.

even if kostya had won every single round......if he can't continue......if he has nothing left.......what's the point of going out there?

if he didn't have anything left to fight another round what the hell does the score matter?

the guy doesn't make sense. it was a close fight so he should've gone out for another round.

you guys think kostya would have quit if he thought he had anything left?????

so kostya just decided i don't feel like fighting another round even though i still can , good night guys i'm going home?

And Floyd's career ending was honourable?

He did look drained in the 11th. Maybe he thought he'd get stopped in the last round cos it seemed that Hatton had taken everything out of him.

ricky has more respect from the guys that are giving excuses for kostya than the other guys. i'll tell you that.

a win is a win. nobody beat kostya for a long time even in his old age. ricky beating him was still an accomplishment.

like scott9945 says (or was it jreckoning? i don't know i remember a japanese chick. ha ha ha) in boxing they feed the old to the young.

it was ricky's turn. they had to feed kostya to him to make it so.

kostya even past prime was good enough to ko sharmba mitchell.

you know the guy floyd jr. decided to fight at 147 years later?
