What part of Abraham has mandatory don't you understand?

And mandatories haven't been avoided in various ways before, even recently? Pretty sure unifications overrule mandatories aswell.

Being British gives Calzaghe the edge over Pavlik.

          Its a well known fact.

JC does seem to have made a bit of a turnaround decision wise. He just may have doubts about whether it is time to retire with unfinished business.
Dont knock JC about it though. Look at PBF and how much he messes people about. Just because JC mentions it for the first time it isnt a crime.

That's the fight you would have to go watch if ya wanna see Calzaghe win. If ya wanna see a one sided beatdown aside from that see Jones-Calzaghe on Sept. 20th. Jones by easy UD or a late counter KO.

Doubt: Calzaghe says "if" he beats Jones. That's not good when fighting an A+ level fighter. If he felt he was going to win, he would have said "after I beat Jones, Pavlik may be next".

Not only that, but Joe is fake with this crap. First, he thinks Pavlik is not ready and now he has motivation to fight him. What BS. I guess cash persuades some guys to make (2) ****** mistakes in a row sometimes.

So why isn't Pavlik fighting him now and fighting Williams instead?

If he puts on a good showing against roy he's still going to want to carry on boxing because he knows he can and will feel invincible. if he loses he knows he's still got belts to defend at SMW and won't want to finish his career on a low so will take the pavlik fight to try and nulify the loss.

Can we start the Pavlik is ducking Abraham threads yet?

Hell, Pavlik's ducking 4 whole different divisions.

Odd question, because Arum and Pavlik chose not to. They've hardly ever spoken out seriously about a fight with AA and any time soon, when Abraham has on national tv in America, called him out wanting him soon. It could be done, but Arum and Pavlik have not said it will be made with any weight.

They've dodged the topic at every avenue when its the most logical fight out there. I'm not saying a large factor could be the money, and building it up, maybe it is I don't know, but thats the best scenario and the situation remains the same. Mandatories are being avoided all the time, even Dawson has, the fight can be made.
