    Calzaghe and his bums

Several subplots fuel interest in Joe Calzaghe's Sept. 20 showdown with Roy Jones. The most compelling? How the outcome of the fight could affect the debate over who has ruled the ring for the past 15 years.

Only recently has Joe Calzaghe, right, gone after the best possible opponents. For nearly the whole decade before that, however, Calzaghe was content to defend his alphabet belt against Bum Of The Month Club types (though Calzaghe's un-Joe-Louis-like schedule made it more of a "Bum Every Six Months Club").

Do you sometimes get the feeling you could take a Calzaghe straight left with no problem?

Well thats it then, that proves it. Never mind if half of them were former world title holders. Never mind that several were undefeated guys with big reps. They were all bums! I've been wasting my time being a Calzaghe fan! I wish i'd had this article in 1997, I wouldn't even have bothered watching him beat Chris Eubank. **** Calzaghe, that bumfighter!

How could I not? I have rarely read a more objective, balanced and considered piece than that tremendous article.

LMFAO off at the above posts. Live Dog just couldn't post an article, he had to re write a title in Calzaghe and his bums. Teenage angst, I don't know.

Press not being 100% unbiased, objective, well informed and balanced. Never.

I'm cancelling my subscription of the News of the World, this minute I tell thee. I'm furious.

Yes, because teenagers are fond of rewriting titles.
