Its been reported that Arum has mailed out docomentary dvds free to 30,000 Tijuana households discussing who Margarito is.

Ha, this made me laugh.

Arum's concern was that the Left Coast wouldn't fly out East to support the fight, whereas East Coast writers will gladly travel west to cover the event. He might be right, though it didn't appear to be much of a concern with Cotto's fights against Zab and Shane.

As far as the fight being closed to sold out (to respond to an earlier post) - no, it's not. Ticket sales opened strong, but quickly leveled off. I'm sure it will pick up dramatically the week of the fight, but there are still plenty of tickets to be sold.
