So if Cotto beats Margarito it won't mean a thing correct?

I do. It will be his biggest paycheck and biggest opportunity, and if he fails he can always go back to being the WBO welterweight champion. If you look at the welterweight division, there is nothing happening for Williams this year. He'll be kept away from Berto since they have the same manager. The best he could hope for is the Cotto-Margarito loser, who may not be fighting again anytime soon.

I'm pulling for Cotto. But if Marg wins, I hope he gets that rematch with Williams and beats him. I was hoping he would beat Paul and he didn't. Got in some good shots, but fell short.

All in all, I can't WAIT for July 26th.

Cotto wins- another stellar fighter in his resume, another title defense, remains undefeated, and garners more attention. He's becoming huge in Puerto Rico.

Margarito wins- pulls off the upset, another title to his collection, and Viva Mexico! will be post spamming like it's nobody's business.

Look man, Margarito is a BUM. Cotto is a kid with a stick and Margarito is the PINATA just swingin in the breeze.

          It's a wrap.

This fight is an exhibition for Cotto's skills. Enjoy it, get a few beers and play some some salsa in the background. It's going to be a great evening for Puerto Ricans.

Scott, do you believe the Cotto-Margarito winner will avoid Williams?
