Let me put it to you this way, one time i seen the military mobilizing and i asked my friend what was happening and she said "oh there just going to arrest someone from the first command" basically the police and the military have to do combat raids just to get through. Nicca you aint ed norton, so unless you are going to turn into the incredible hulk, i highly dont reccomend it.
**** pick pochets, they rob people who have their windows rolled down at major intersections. Crime like that is a huge problem in Brazil, I saw some documentary that showed how the shopping malls in Rio have armed Gaurds at the front and don't let in people who they suspect can't buy stuff or might be dangerous.

It's ****ed up because most of those people do it out of need and are victims of their circumstances but it's the truth, you have to be careful there.

Where's your family from? My internet, power, phone and cable work just fine. The fast food places are the same **** as the US and I got plenty to do when it's raining. Maybe the places you visited are in the mountains or some straight up campo jibaro ****.

I don't know what your musical tastes are but ever heard of a MX band called Division Minuscula? they are from Matamorros.

Also about Brazil, if I am not mistaken they got a very high ratio of AIDS, which sucks, considering Brazilian girls have bodies made to ****

You have no idea man, thats all i can seriously say. I guess unless you see it for yourself you couldnt really understand. I am a veteran and i served overseas and i have seen the worst of the worst, and i can honestly say the life they live in brazil is very much comparable to what i saw in the middle east. Them cats dont play, and truth be told, you being an american trying to post up even if you knew someone, youd have an instant target on your back. I grew up in the projects, served in afgahnistan, all that ****, i am telling you, real talk though, if you think you can just go out there and do that, go ahead, but you been warned mayne.
