It's that the budget has to be approved in PR every year and if it's not approved then they have to use the same amount for the year running as the last budget approved.

BMW has a good maintenance plan but then again they say to change the oil every 10000 ****ing miles! so it's basically only good for 3-5 oil changes, they are cutting corners that way, and I don't care how good synthetic oil is and all but I wouldn't drive my car 10 thousand miles without changing the oil.
Now that's just me.

I currently and only own a Ford Fiesta and it is still good car.

I got the 2005 model it is made in Spain and very good car but there ar abit of problems here and there but I wont complain alot.
