but also like u said there is the danger he could get tagged so u never know 50/50
He was very good at moving in and out on his opponents, it's just that he had those defensive lapses that leaves that horrible chin unguarded, which Mayweather would definitely take advantage of.

I would say Mayweather by UD. I don't think he would take the chance of trying to trade with Norris and would dance his way to a victory.

I agree with you about the size and Strength problems. I remember Pernell Whitaker wanted to fight Norris when Pernell was at 147 but Duva did'nt like the match up because of their size difference. It's a tough pick because I've only seen Mayweather at 154 once. I think he gets a decision here though.

Yeah probably ****in Santana hurt him slightly at one point his chin definetly was not great lol

i dont think there would be a big gulf in speed though TBH i have never considered Floyd to be as quick as the likes of Mosley ,Meldrick Taylor i think he has great timing and he is quick but i dont think he is unbelievably quick like those guys i know Taylors speed troubled Norris early on but he got to grips with it after 1/2 rounds and like i said i dont consider Floyd to have that kinda speed and Norris was pretty damn quick himself

as much as i dont like admitting it probably Floyd wins this if Terry had a decent chin i would choose Terry Norris though

Love Floyd but Norris was a monster.....i dont know if Mayweather could take that.....plus Mays more defensive minded while Terry looking to kill you. Its a toss up for me but im barely leaning towards Terry just based on his power.

Terry Norris doesn't have much power. Mayweather takes it.

Mayweather wasn't amazingly fast like a Jones, Mosley or Judah, in fact when he fought Judah, we could clearly see who had the faster hands but he still possessed very fast hands.

Mayweather would probably win because of his accuracy and counterpunching skills but Norris would give him a lot of trouble.

yeah i cant understand why people overate his speed so much yes he is very quick but i dont think his speed is what makes him as good as he is ,where as Mosley speed probably was what made him so effective maybe that could apply to Jones aswell to a degree would he be able to implement his style without his unbelievable speed i know Roy has more to his game than that but u take the point

im with u accuracy and timing and concentration and pure Boxing skills are what makes him the great fighter he is obviously the speed is an advantage aswell but

Not sure who is overrating Mayweather's hand speed. He has fast hands yes, but they are not on par with the elites out there like Mosley and Judah. What he lacks in speed he makes up for in timing and accuracy. He also has extremely quick feet.

Well at 147 and up those fighters had the better hand speed. What about Mayweather at 130-140?

Mayweather has never been the fastest guy out there or even top 10.

                      Mosley at 135 was sick.
