Most people who assume Campbell has no chance or enchanted by the undefeated record of Guzman. To my knowledge, Guzman has never beaten a top undefeated fighter. Campbell went to a very close decision loss to Casamayor who had only one defeat at the time, then knocked out undefeated Kid Diamond and beat undefeated Juan Diaz in his last fight.

I'm not saying that Campbell should be an overwhelming favorite, but people need to stop sleeping on him because he's been beaten. That doesn't make him a bad fighter.

    Good post!

btw, I'm a big Guzman fan but Campbell is a huge test for him. Soto and Barrios were great wins but they aren't exactly on Nate Campbell's level, imo. Should be close, but I think Guzman can pull it off.

        yo Natas.

Is the second gif in your sig (which I believe is Guzman?) in real time? Or was it sped up? He looks ridiculously fast.

I agree though that he should be able to carry 135 pounds without much difficulty but it's still a question.
I dunno. I really don't see much of a difference at all from 130 to 135. It's a lil different with lets say 140 to 147 or 160 to 168. But 5 pounds aint really ****.

Plus, they are both the same height (5'7), only realy advantage is Nate's reach, which probably wont be much of a factor.

I think Guzman did great against a "naturally bigger" opponent in Soto:

Those extra 5 pounds do make a difference, they're the same height but I think Campbell is the bigger guy, he's even bigger than Soto and that could wear on Guzman's legs because Campbell really knows how to work and rough an opponent up in the clinch.

What exactly do you mean by "he's bigger then Soto?"

Sure, he weighs 5 more pounds then Soto on weigh in day but I don't really know that he's bigger

Physically, he's built stronger than Soto.
