Listen up people (especially margo fans),for the record i am a fan of both AM and MC but lets just be real here for a sec.....i keep hearing all this ish about Margo's granite chin ,Mc's supposedly glass jaw,how many punches per round AM throws ,blah,blah,blah,yadi,yada,yada! Sounds like to me that not only are Margos fans underestimating Cotto's toughness and power.I will bet any money that 80% of these clowns have not seen but 2-3 of Miguels fights and just comment off of other peoples per say.I will be one of the few to guarantee you that MC WILL not only win against AM but he will outclass,outbox and maybe outslug the Mexican tornado.Expect MC to catch AM allnight with that rock solid jab and finish him off via body shots to the midsection by the 10th.it wont be easy by any means but MC will win ,easier than most people think.OBTW....MC might not KO AM with one shot to the dome but expect the ringside doctors to pay AM's Corner by the 8th round to check up on cuts and bruises(wich i believe will play a major role in AM's defeat!!).........

cotto's boxing skill is not as affective as his stalking and brawling skill. Clottey punished margarito the first 5 rounds of their fight and margarito did not show any signs of slowing or intimidation just kept stalking and throwin over 100 punches. and the same with williams margarito can take your best punch and still fight like its a sparring session and im not even a margarito fan.

I like this man, where have you been all this time brotha'? we need more unbiased and rational people like this man in the boxing scene.

Oh and i also caught the Margarito/Clottey fight just the other day and uhmmm to be totally frank as much as i like AM, if Clottey (wich IMHO doesnt have as much "pop"as Cotto) was tagging Am left and right for 5rds before he hurt his hand ,I can just imagine the damage that Cotto will inflict within that same amount of time......again you heard here 1st ,watch for cuts and bruises on AM's face to play a major role in the outcome.peace

Now on the flip side ,DO NOT sleep on Margo.Yes he has the better chin,higher work rate,taller and better reach and definetly can hurt Cotto with a flurry or even 1 punch but in order for him to win he has to catch Cotto slipping and being careless.He needs to out work Cotto,start very early and put relentless pressure throughout the fight catching Cotto when he can.The main thin for Tony is to catch the PR assasin comming in with a strong crisp uppercut(a la Zab Judah style,lol)and its lights out Cotto.But again i just think that Cotto will see AM's punches a mile away and i think that Cotto will outbox him and play it very smart.Very good matchup and a risky one for both fighters but this WILL validate Cotto's greatness and get Floyd to come outta retirement.Cotto wins via 10rd tko

yEah ,yEah ,yEAh then you should have more common sense to realize that AM is NOT pounding ****!! I know that im the new kid on the block but as soon as figure out how this s*it works with the points and prizes on this forum we can definetly make bets.And since you have claimed to have seen all those fights then you should visualize the fact that by the time AM throws his wide looping punches Cotto will slip and roll and counter his ass all night.Trust me it will be over by the 10Th via a heavy dose of concrete jabs,crushing body blows and cuts/bruises.....i dont think MC will K.O AM but by the time he is proclaimed victorious you wont be able to recognize the man who you say will pound Cotto.....and like i said before i am a fan of both but it is what it is !!

Margo has a punchers chance and IMO lacks the essentials to beat a high caliber boxer/brawler like Cotto.People let me say this once and one time only...........Margo is one tough sonnavabitch but on 07/26 Cotto will make him look silly and he will simply outclass AM.bottom line!
BTW Cotto is NO Cintron and AM and his fans(most bandwagoneers,lol)are in for a rude awakening!!
