listen margarito was rusty against clottey and also hurt his hand;
although he kept pressing the fight, things happen and even still clottey would of not won 12 rds on that pace anyways even with both hands healthy

Good point and even though your right on point i just dont see Cotto getting caught flush by an uppercut(i mean both Zab and SSM are way faster than AM and caught MC with uppercuts and well we know the rest). I just think that Cotto will #1 ..get AM's respect early #2..be too slick for AM's tricks and finally take control of the fight by the 3-4th round and outbox and jab his way to victory.

I think the fact that his reach is better will let the uppercut land, don't get me wrong Cotto could outbox and outslick Margarito but what it all comes down to for me is that Cotto's not hard to hit, has a weak chin and Margarito's gonna be there all night with power shots. Regardless we will see one of the best fights in a long time and a newly crowned king of the ww division.

yeah he has better height and reach but AM fights compact and never uses that to his advantage,but yeah Cotto better watch that UPPERCUT!
Your right Cotto IS not that hard to hit BUT that weak chin excuse is DEAD and OLD because he has not been in serious truoble since stepping up to 147 and ohhh BTW if his chin was that suspect then i wonder why he is still undefeated!? and i have to disagree with the fact that he will be there all night with power because im totally confident that by the 5th MC will have him discouraged and worn a bit by the unespected quickness and power that MC will dishout.if im wronng i will show face and admit it but i highly doubt it!

Cotto has power, don't be naive and lie to yourself thinking Cotto can't hurt Margarito or hasn't hurt legit fighters. Heads were saying Judah was gonna KO Cotto, Quintana was gonna outclass him, and Mosley's speed would be too much, and ****...weren't you one of the brilliant scholars who said Gomez would beat Cotto? Regardless of whoever he fights there will be people like you who will discredit him with no merit attached to your argument. you obviously have never seen me post! Cause i've said numerous times i've never really been impressed with cotto but he impressed me with the mosley fight but then again it was an old past his prime mosley whose best days were at 140 more than several years ago. I've also said the winner of this match deserves alot of credit from both sides and the loser should be respected as well. Please don't make **** up to try to better your argument.
