Berto fought Rivera and Estrada before he had 20 fights..Chavez Jr is not even fighting guys on that level and he has damn near twice as many fights.

There isn't much depth in the division everyone in the top 5 has lost to someone
already except for Cotto.

You could argue that Collazo, or Cintron are quality fighters and good match-ups for him because look how weak the division is right now.
