Counting the walk-ins and introductions, you have a solid ten minutes of quality programming.

I personally don't care cuz I want to see this fight as I know it will be exciting even though I know pacpuiao will destroy valero.

Campbell isn't available in November. Neither are any of the top lightweights. Would you rather Pacquaio do nothing and sit than fight an unbeaten KO sensation?

This was bad, but not a total washout because Top rank made little profit off of Pac considering he did well in the Marquez rematch, and in the past. Pac needs either a name opponent or an opponent that top rank can promote. 300-350,000k is about the standard where everyone can make a profit. You have to pay many people when it is all said and done, and top rank did not profit off of PAc in this fight like they did in the past.

Valero can be promoted, Diaz couldn't.

Decent numbers not great though, the undercard was also ****.
It didn't matter. The opponent could not be promoted. They tried, but most people remember Diaz losing to holt. Pac is not big here. That isn't a knock against him. He needs a big name opponent or someone who can be promoted. Valero fits the bill because of the strength of his record and ko's. Once those highlights are shown, he can be promoted. If Arum did not think so, he wouldn't even be trying to pit Valero against Pac.
