Come on, look at whats in front of you. On the one hand, Joe Calzaghe, coming off some of his best wins, undefeated and a current champ at two weights. On the other, RJJ horrible losses in his last three elite fights, looked average and old against mediocre opposition since. What about this picture is hard to understand?

I am convinced that Roy Jones Jr holds all of America in some sort of hypnotic thrall causing you all to deny the evidence of your very eyes!!!

mediocre...? compared to what? compared to what he USED to look like? sure! but who the hell looks like prime RJ in the first place? you saw mediocrity and i saw him dominate his last 3 opponents... one of which WAS 10 years younger and undefeated... hes also had 3 knock downs in his last two fights...

Those 3 fighters werent the top tier, they were tune up fights... all 3 of them... but where you see mediocrity i See a step in the right direction...

Hanshaw was better than Badi ajamu... and roys performance was better... trinidad was better than hanshaw... and roys performance was better...

You see a shot fighter... and I actually see a fighter rebuilding himself... and trying a new style to make up for lack of reflexes... and i see it working.

I also saw Joe, not look great at all against a 43 yr old bernard hopkins... I saw him hit the canvas in his very first fight at LHW... and I saw the only reason Joe took over the fight, cuz the 43 yr old man didnt have the stamina to keep up...

    So thats where we differ.

I dont see a white wash the way you do

no... im not... i wont tell u roy can beat everyone right now... i wont tell u nobody can beat him right now... hes not even the best LHW in my eyes... so hows that for your opinion

but saying hes SHOT to pieces... has absolutely NOTHING left... is absolute bull****... and IS biasness..
I agree but i have to disagree wit u sayin that Roy is not the nest lhw. If i can recall all of roy's losses came after he had to lose 25 lbs of MUSCLE.

And if ne one on this forum thinks thats not the reason then look at cotto wen he was strugllin to make 140....he got wobbled n almost every fight. Since roy had to lose more weight than cotto and n such a small amount of time he got knocked out

Gonna be a very interesting fight come September... Come on RJ!

Can RJ prove every Legend has one great fight left in them?
will Clz cement his place amongst the elite
Will RJ show to the world that he is one of the top ATG's?

Let me know what you think...
        What do i think?

I think you've just seen this same thread on boxing forum and took bits out of it to create your post. LOL!
