I think it's pretty clear the headbutt dazed Torres and left him vulnerable for Holt's right hand. You can't blame Holt because it wasn't intentional. And you can't be mad at Nady for not catching it because of how fast everything transpired. Either way, there should definitely be a third match. Hopefully, the knockout didn't take too much out of Torres. Knockouts like that more often than not have career lasting effects.

It's curious to me how Torres makes no mention of a headbutt while the writer of the article seems to mention another right hand leading up to the KO punch. I've noticed this as well and it's surprising how much some are running with this slippery head butt theory.

The headbutt has nothing to do with the KO, yet the headbutt knocks him (Torres) off balance into a vulnerable position where he can be hit again without getting a chance to defend himself properly? Naturally another crushing punch is landed directly afterward and Torres is out cold. Therefore the headbutt, an illegal tactic (intentional or accidental), directly plays into the end result...the knockout.

That could be grounds for a NC. It was a fluky end to the fight and Holt obviously didn't do anything intentionally, but there should certainly be a third fight.

After watching the video again, here is what I saw. After Holt is hit with the illegal hook while getting up, he is attacked and backing up. He is rocking back and fourth making Torres miss. Torres misses a left hook, and Holt lands a hook to the pit of Torres's stomach. Both are in front of each other and Torres is winding up for a right hand, Holt has two hands on Torres trying to right himself and coming up from his right to his left when Torres is butted accidentally before he throws a short right that lands and holt uses his left arm and lands a left hook to Torres left shoulder and Torres is knocked off balance and into the ropes. The butt and push with Holts left hook knocked Torres into the ropes. As he tries to gather himself, for a split second his arm is caught in the ropes. He sees Holt coming and can't get his arm untangled and Holt lands a vicious right before Torres can get his arm up to protect himself. Now, while we don't know how bad the butt was, or if the butt was soley responsible for his condition, he was butted and hooked to the ropes with a left hook to the shoulder which knocked him off balance and into the ropes. There were no grounds for a "no contest". The action happened too quickly. I do believe there should be a third fight.
