LMAO at the individual who said that Bernard would have been stopped if he didn't take the break for the fake low blow. He was gassed but no way in hell was he ever going to get stopped in that fight. Joe's goal was to win a decision through an accumulation of punches, he wasn't loading up at all and wasn't trying to hurt Hopkins.

I had Joe winning the fight on a relatively close decision as I felt that B-Hop landed the more effective punches in the early rounds and obviously scored the KD. Joe completely outworked Hopkins in the second half of the fight even though he never actually hurt Bernard.

Saying Joe was even close to stopping Hopkins is a prime example of why the majority of British posters on this forum receive very little respect. Stop shooting yourselves in the foot and call the goddam ****n fights how you see them instead of how you want to see them.

It is horrible to hear but that is true. Bernard was Joe's best opponent, he nearly won the fight having floored Calzaghe once, Bernard was indeed 43 years of age , all of those are facts. It's a shame boxing has a guy like that in the p4p top 5. With people like Cotto, Berto, even older fighters who faced and defeated undefeated young fighters (something Calzaghe did twice, fact, but to lower league fighters) like Casamayor and Nate Campbell. All these fighters are more skilled and have accomplished far more than Calzaghe, yet they are kept at bay.

I called it before they said anything,in the Tszyu fight the ref allowed Hatton to maul while hitting and holding,rabbit punching oh and how can I forget about not counting the knockdown that Tszu deserved.

What about in the Lazcano fight when Hatton was hurt and the ref gave him ten minutes to tie his shoe.If that is not an in your pocket ref I don't know what is.
