nope arum's fighters are just more of a gentlemen and a humble fighter. they dont need some publicity stunt bull**** to get big fights. they do the stunts and talking inside the ring. come to think of it all of the fights top rank has promoted most of it even the undercard were ended in a knockout, drama and blood. while on the other hand the other promoters hype up their fights to the fullest but when it comes to fight night people are robbed with their money that wasn't even worth of the fight they just saw.

Because it's not good business. Arum probably doesn't want his fighters calling out those who are not in the best interest of Top Rank. Plus it would either put unnecessary pressure of the promoter to make the fight or by not taking who the fighter calls out it can be perceived by the public that he is now 'ducking' that person and therefore a cowardly fighter, which would drop his stock.
