LOL you think Pavlik is easy to hit? It is pretty hard when he is constantly working, jabbing, and moving. Pavlik covers up very well, when needed. However more often then not he gets just far enough out of the way, Taylor was ineffective for this reason. He combos you drives you to the ropes and moves up and down and gets out.
Cotto is a lot better then you are giving him credit for. He is the total package, his chin is questionable however his heart is not. His body work is amazing, and Williams would lose a lot after a few rounds. Cotto is not that easy to hit.
Williams is hit able in that he doesn't even give any heady movement, his body which is a huge target is always open for shots
