The thing about Jermain taylor skipping road work in the first Pavlik fight is not true. What IS true is that Emanuel Steward restricted his sparring sessions to around 7 or 8 rounds, numerous people including Taylor himself said that. Even then, he did not spar very often. That's a reason out of many why they split.

Oh yeah, and add Judah to the list. I've heard from several people who would know.....
