                somehow i doubt chris arreola logs that many miles.... something tells me about 95% of the other heavies these days don't either- how sad for boxing.

                    Most HW fighters today look like they don't do proper roadwork. That's why they're flabby and out of gas in 5 rounds. This is happening in even the lower weights. When a fighter is flabby he probably has not been running enough.
