Roy Jones' father created that style himself. You can see it not only in RJ but also in Smoke Gainer and even Lamar Parks picked up a lot of it when he used to train there. I remember back in 1996 Big Roy brought a 132 pounder to a national amateur tournament and it ws as if this kid did a PERFECT imitation of little Roy. Guys in the crowd were yelling during his fight, "Get em' Roy!!"

considering you punch like a girl i don't think so

You can't even extend your arms properly, your hooks aren't at head height, your uppercuts are throw after hook comes back half extended.

I would never feel ****** encouraging someone to follow their dreams , no matter what they may be. He came on here in an attempt to get some feedback that he can use to further his boxing knowledge and ability, and I am happy to assist. One thing that I want to point out IS: If you or I were to get into boxing at this stage, we would probably look a little rough as well. I for one know I have some boxing ability from sparring with friends and unfortunately having to fight on the streets, but that does not mean that the Statue of Liberty was built over night and I would look horrible I am sure. (I wanted to use a reference to an American work of art.) That is to say: This kid may be rough now, but I am sure with the right influences, he can become far better as you or I could. I for one will never be the one to deter someones dreams and hopes for a happy and productive future.
