When you have people who are questioning why he is getting paid and bringing in audience then you have to realise they're not boxing fans, The boy has the media all over him because he went to the olympics to represent our country and did well.

Thats why he is getting paid and not fighting for free,He worked hard for everything that he gets.

Im not a Khan hater despite my comments, i admire his talents but not his attitude ... im serious when i say that i believe a loss would do him the world of good. I dont wanna see the guy get hurt just adjust his attitude and realise he gotta pay his dues before he can go toe to toe with the top ranked fighters or he will get badly exposed and there is no telling what that could do to his career.

Him wanting to fight the best fighters out there is the right attitude not the wrong one, Trust me he will lose one day maybe even soon but that isnt going to humble him up in the way you put it, I dont see what is so wrong with his attitude for him to say he would like to fight people like Pacman.

of course nobody would put him in there with the top guys yet but there is nothing wrong with his attitude..this is boxing.

i told you, khan is no way near ready. barry and itv are hyping him so much, its bs. i think he needs prob another 10 more fights before they should talk about world titles. theres nothing wrong with that, but khan has been talking like he's ready since his 10th fight. however, with better training he may be able to do something, but he's a long way off.

its not that he wants to fight the best out there, thats admirable but more the fact that he refuses to accept that he has not fought anyone @ world level yet and yet thinks he is entitled to and would win a world title shot.
i DONT say what i have posted because im a hater or want to see him get hurt, its just that his advisors do not seem to be giving him the right sort of advice and thats a shame ... he could go on to become a legend but WONT unless he accepts his flaws and works on them

Warren said: "Joe Calzaghe was 25 before he fought for his first world title. We just need to put the brakes on a little bit. There's no timetable. I could make a world title fight tomorrow but it's all about waiting for the right moment."

Calazaghe did not fight a world level fighter until he was 34. I say let Khan fight against a quality opponent in his next fight, then go for the title. The worst that can happen to him is lose. He can always come back and fight another day.

You dont seem to grasp the fact that the sanctioning bodies make the rankings up, not Amir Khan. If he is second in the rankings then he does deserve a title shot, whether or not he is there rightfully or not. If you want him to prove himself this is the best way. Let him go in with the best and see where he is at. If he gets ktfo he can go back to the drawing board.

my friend im fully aware of who make the rankings ... that still does not invalidate my point... he can prove himself (and should) by fighting some top 5 opponents prior to making or taking a champonship fight, there is no smoke without fire as they say and if the average boxing fan is finding flaws and making comment on Khans validity as championship contender it must make you wonder what the powers that be are thinking about him right now.
