discipline? nah dude works very hard for his and can throw at a rate MOST heavyweights only dream of throwing at so how is that a lack of stamina? Dude's been sparred with a ton of name heavyweights so if he lacked the discipline you say wouldn't they kind of not ask him back? Dude's motor is constant and no chiseled abs or whatever you use as a benchmark for discipline can tell us otherwise
i'm sorry, but he looks like **** in the ring. Sloppy as ****. Guys like him make my MMA guys have **** boxing argument look ******. He swings like an MMA guy or a toughman runner up.

yes, what came first, the chicken or the egg. I thought he had the most powerful punch in boxing before he became one of my favorites. I didn't like him cuz of his hairstyle and then became blinded by all his other attributes. weak.

i think that fight was a bad showing for the heavyweight division. also it doesn't matter who he has sparred with, that is a horrible way to judge a fighter. that could depend on money, friends or people who also train at his gym. i'm just saying from a nonbiased view, he didn't look as amazing as some people would believe.
nah not at all. Seen him train several times and dude works hard, probably more than any heavyweight I have seen. Is he sloppy? of course but that isn't because of effort. Some guys are just not built to be pretty in the ring and he isn't one of them still still seems kind of ****ty to knock dude based on his appearance or style of fighting. That's it

you suggesting that I am biased because of his nationality?

but what it does show you is that they at one point or another liked him enough to bring him back and judging by what the other heavys who have either had their training here or are based have said Arreola does work his ass off.

and to be honest where did I say he look amazing? you made a comment about his physique alluding to his work ethic and I replied that he works hard.

but this isnt the late 90s where his punch still matter just saying I don't think he punches with the same authority he once did.

Chazz had much better punching technique if had better movement he would have stood a much better chance. Not that impressed by Arreola technique he needs to make some big improvements but you don't have to be the greatest technical fighter to win a title, some times pressure can win a fight if he can get some head movement and improve his balance he might have a chance against Wlad.

you won't get much of an argument about that heck he will even admit to you that he isn't the prettiest fighter in the ring but he does come to fight each and every round and for that I give him respect. To be honest a lot of people were picking Chazz to cleanly outbox him yet he went through Chazz fairly easily. He isn't visually pleasing but he is effective at what he does.

Not always true. Only sometimes. A lot of people with natural skill fail for various reasons.
