What the hell. He's got limited skills and can crack.
Let him go for it. See what shakes out.

**** it. Maybe he will get the **** kicked out of him, but we need a good heavyweight scrap or two these days.

He sounds like he wants it enough...

He definitely comes to fight and out of all the HW's besides Tye Fields of course (thats just a given for me) he's my favorite to watch. He seems to have a pretty solid chin, but against big punchers you never know. I don't know how far he will get, but at least you know it's going to be exiciting.

Also, you call Arreola Mexican, but wasn't he born in L.A.?
well, he does have Mexican heritage.

I dont know why yall are putting him down. in one of the worst and most boring divisions of boxing, we need someone like him. maybe he wont go far, but we need the Mayorgas of boxing, otherwise guys like old De La Hoya wouldnt have anyone to look awesome against.

I dont mind having him around. wish he would get in better shape though.

also, he has a good left uppercut. you dont see that often in heavies, specially not nowadays

              So then DLH is mexican?

I'm not putting him down. I'm just saying that people that like to eat punishment usually don't last long, and especially so at HW. If him and Haye breathe some life into the division, I'm all for it.

oh, the second part wasnt really directed at you, haha.

and you must understand, Viva uses 'Mexican' as a complement, not as a race classification. after all, Pavlik is a white Mexican.
Viva considers Arreola a Mexican. and if thats good enough for Viva, thats good enough for all of us

ummm no. if you are an arreola fan, tua isn't the guy you want to see in the ring with him. tua CAN'T be ko'd and he probably has the most powerful punch in boxing. this is one guy arreola needs to stay away from if he wants to be an open fighter.

what, about Marquez and Pacquiao? Viva would obviously say that theyre both warriors, because Marquez has been decked multiple times and still fights on, and Pacquiao has always had a warrior mentality. besides, its not like Marquez is really boring.

you should have made a comparison between Pacquiao and...I dunno...a boringish type of Mexican. like Mijares I guess, even though he too is very fun to watch. kind of hard to find a Mexican that people would really call boring or a 'runner'
