Not anymore. I'd like to see him fight winner of Clottey-Judah or any top ranked welterweight like Collazo or any of em.

He's still a prospect because he only fights "bums" Mark my word: When he steps up against the big 3 in the devision he will get KTFO

Berto is solid, he's got speed, power and determination... He did something noone has done, and thats TKO Nikki, He showed he can box, be the aggressor and dominate an opponent plus he got the KO, what more can you ask for? when he does finally step up he'll have to step his game up to and im sure he can do that! He's only fought 22 fights his a world champ and time is money, he's time is UPON HIM NOW!

You don't have to be a fan of Berto's- yes, he has fought limited competition and has some obvious flaws despite his speed and offensive skill. But, honestly, respecting him or not, there are only two ways to view him:

1.) A Solid, talented young champion with tons of potential.

                    2.) A weak, untested champion.

See what I mean? Whether or not you like him there's a fact; he was the WBC title. That makes him a champion- not a prospect- as a matter of fact, not opinion. He's either a good or weak title holder- but in no shape, way or form can he be labeled a 'prospect' anymore.
