Me either. I remember when I was watching it though, I really thought Smoger was going to call it. Obviously, he made the right decision. People criticized him for letting Pavlik fight on, but as soon as Taylor went down he waived it off. Taylor was ****ing out of it though and I think he was right to call it off. I don't think he would have gotten up from that! The way he slumped down in the corner was pretty crazy. What a great fight that was!

Pavlik has 1 hell of a chin. After that round where he got pummeled by Taylor, he went back to his corner, and when asked if he was ok, he SMILED and said "yeah" LOL. Who smiles after taking punches like that??? How can u NOT like this kid?

I remember that. He smiled and said "it was a good shot." I don't know how someone couldn't like the guy either.

After the fight, Larry asked him if he was hurt in the second round and he said "I'm not gonna lie, it was a good shot but we shook it off." Something along those lines. I don't think Pavlik will have a long career but it will be damn entertaining while it lasts.

The ref, I dont know his name but if it was anyone else they would of stopped the fight as soon as pavlik got knocked across the ring trying to stay up... thank god he didnt. Thats the problem with most fights today the refs stop the fights way to fast.

The name of the ref is Steve Smoger; he's one of the best refs in the game today b/c he lets the fighters decide the outcome of the fight...
