My question is, how was Hatton ranked the #1 ww contender by the WBC, after only 1 fight at 147?

I seriously doubt the winner of Cotto/Margarito would turn down a DeLaHoya fight for Mayweather.

But Jose sulaiman(however is spelled) is holding out in case Mayweather comes back.Mayweather only wants big fights and Jose would make a lot more money
with money may then Berto or whoever were to win the vacant title.

depends what kind of fighter's mentality both have... would u fight someone that will make u mega rich?.. or an opportunity to dominate 147 by fighting an undefeated arrogant SOB that happens to be the best boxer in the universe?
