No matter what people say about Joe Calzaghe not caring about leaving a legacy, he does. Otherwise he'd fight Pavlik as well as Roy Jones Jnr.

His unbeaten record is the most important thing to him and it's a great achievement, but I think he'd leave a bigger legacy if he was to beat Jones and then take on Pavlik and see off another young up-and-comer.

Maybe in the back of his mind he thinks Kelly could end that infamous unbeaten run.
Joe wants Pav to pay his dues. Pav beat an overrated JT and a bum, and wants to fight what many people are saying is an old man in 40Cal. And now his slob trainer says Cal is scared. lol He has no fighters in his stable BUT Pav. Nobody is worried about him talking. He should keep the donuts in his mouth and be quiet. Pav has unfinished business at 160, and 168.

Apply the same rules to everyone, you nuthugging ****s, and don't just spin it when because it involves your favourite fighter.
Coming from Pav's new bandwagon fan. Pav now has a !@$# load of them now lol.

Calzaghe is at the of his career, while Pavlik's is just getting started. There is no reason for Calzaghe to fight Pavlik, considering that Pavlik has to move up two weight divisions. If Pavlik was at least a SMW, then maybe negotiation's would be easier. Calzaghe DOES not want to fight as a SMW anymore so he's taking on the best (or biggest names) in the LHW division. Dawson is going to fight Diaconu so a matchup with him isn't possible. Tarver and Johnson are available, why can't Calzaghe fight those guys instead of RJJ? And I know Tarver is disliked by a lot of people here, but at least he's beaten a top LHW within the last year. As a fan I would like to see Calzaghe fight Johnson, but he doesn't command the $$ like RJJ does.

He isn't your favorite fighter. Stop lying. When you are a fan of a fighter who has had a full career, and he tells the young guy to pad your resume, and maybe we'll fight, and you say he should've taken the fight, you aren't a fan. lol...I see right through you. The same guy who exlaxes on floyd when you get a chance.

As for Pavlik cleaning up the division in 4 rounds, I think Jack is underestimating Arthur Abraham. While Pavlik would be the favorite in a Ghost vs AA match, I dont think he will finish it in 4 rounds or by a KO/TKO seeing as how AA survived 8 round with a broken Jaw and none other then power-punching Miranda trying to finish him off.
I don't knopw if you saw that fight, but, except for a couple of rounds, it was more like Miranda was trying to survive Abraham finishing HIM off. Even taking away the points that Miranda was penalised, Abraham would still have won the fight. With a jaw broken in 2 places by the 3rd or 4th, that's not bad.....
