Anthony can bypass Bika and he will!

For me and the other 20 people inside the gym when these two sparred around 18 months ago or so it was embarassing.

Mundine won 6 rounds. 6 of the most lob sided rounds i have ever seen. And they only sparred six rounds.

Call me a nuthugger, call me what you want. Truth of the matter is Choc wants to fight the best. Hes fighting his first fight at MW on July the 30th. A tune up fight against another Aussie.

He has a shortlist of 3 for an October fight:

1 King Arthur
2 Winky
3 Sturm

The only one he can get out of the 3 is King Arthur and as long as he beats Miranda i think the fight will happen. Winky can earn more money for less threats and you need to be 38 to fight Sturm.

I can guarantee you Anthony is looking for the big fights.

Is the "tune up" against Shannan Taylor? If it is, that will be disgraceful.

It is more the fact that the article threw around Pavlik and Winkys name. You would have to think Pavlik will have bigger fish to fry than Mundine, so it just isn't even possible. Winky, i really don't know, i can't see why he would fight Choc, it would be a significant risk little reward scenario, just don't think it is possible either.

I'd be happy if he fought Sturm.
I don't think he is ducking Bika (it is obvious it was all Kessler, Bika is just trying to steal some attention). Though a win over Bika would have probably been the peak of his career so far, as at least maybe 7 or 8 American citizens may know Bika's name.

I won't mind if Mundine fights a bum for a tuneup but he better fight someone top 10 within the next 3 or 4 fights.

Sturm won't have a bar of Mundine. Why? Hes not 38, and hes a good fighter!

Fighting Kessler again would have been silly, especially when he can't beat him, but can beat Sturm and Abraham and likely set up a bout with Pavlik later on.

The main problem is that Mundine has nothing to offer top MW's yet, he is going to have to knock over 2 or 3 relatively high ranked MW's first. You don't get fights on talent alone, and thats more or less what Choc has to show for himself.

Winky won't take a fight, neither will Pav, I also don't think AA would, whats the point? Decent risk, minimal reward? Maybe if Miranda beats AA i could see it happening, but if AA wins then it isn't likely, not until Choc racks up a few decent kills at MW first.

Did you see Taylor fight that guy last Friday night? It was awful. He is old and terrible. Mundine would kill him and it would be horrible for Australian boxing. Dawson would be a better choice.

Yes he does mate. Hes financially secure enough to retire wealthy from the sport now. He wants glory though.

Against AA? Offer big money? Well its not so much the offering big money bit. He will most likely take little money, probably around 100 or 200 K. Just for the fight. If Choc runs his mouth like he normally does, the fight will generate AA more than any other fight has for him in his career.

Lets hope he beats Miranda.
