Doubt it had anything to do with Sakio. Pretty sure Mundine just knew he couldn't beat Kessler and thought he would have an easier time at MW so he decided to move down. Sakio would trouble Mundine though I think.

Its annoying how he gets away with this because the Aussie media doesn't know anything about boxing, someone needs to start letting him have it in the media.

His headline is correct but he added a few too many words, it should say 'Anthony Mundine is scared.' End of story.

Also bull**** he's trying to lure Wink or Pavlik, hope he fights Pavlik and Pavlik retires him.

Anthony can bypass Bika and he will!

For me and the other 20 people inside the gym when these two sparred around 18 months ago or so it was embarassing.

Mundine won 6 rounds. 6 of the most lob sided rounds i have ever seen. And they only sparred six rounds.

Call me a nuthugger, call me what you want. Truth of the matter is Choc wants to fight the best. Hes fighting his first fight at MW on July the 30th. A tune up fight against another Aussie.

He has a shortlist of 3 for an October fight:

1 King Arthur
2 Winky
3 Sturm

The only one he can get out of the 3 is King Arthur and as long as he beats Miranda i think the fight will happen. Winky can earn more money for less threats and you need to be 38 to fight Sturm.

I can guarantee you Anthony is looking for the big fights.

BigPoppa! Why not get intouch with him and get a short 5 minute interview so we can get the accurate facts, and not some crap Bika is spurting out?

It is more the fact that the article threw around Pavlik and Winkys name. You would have to think Pavlik will have bigger fish to fry than Mundine, so it just isn't even possible. Winky, i really don't know, i can't see why he would fight Choc, it would be a significant risk little reward scenario, just don't think it is possible either.

I'd be happy if he fought Sturm.
I don't think he is ducking Bika (it is obvious it was all Kessler, Bika is just trying to steal some attention). Though a win over Bika would have probably been the peak of his career so far, as at least maybe 7 or 8 American citizens may know Bika's name.

I won't mind if Mundine fights a bum for a tuneup but he better fight someone top 10 within the next 3 or 4 fights.
