I think he is trying to say Roy fought guys like Lucas and destroyed them instead of fighting the best out there. It is trash of course.

Who did he duck? List the fighters.

It is just another example of a European fan with massive insecurities about their own fighters so they try to throw mud at all the American fighters. It's funny because Joe's resume is a disgrace compared to Roy's, a 43 year old B-Hop is probably his crowning glory.

Joe and Roys wins over Hopkins are equally unimpressive. Hopkins was green when he fought Roy, and grey when he fought Joe, he made them both look pretty bad. Roy did duck Calzaghe at one poing though i think.

Don't necessarily agree that Hopkins made Roy look bad. Roy was basically fighting with one hand in that fight and still coasted it in. Also, Hopkins was clearly a stronger opponent in that fight than in that farce against Joe IMO.

ducking is very strong term to use, why would the best pound for pound fighter go pick a random european challenger and go to his country and fight him? roy didnt duck calzaghe and it is ridiculous to even suggest it
