I have seen all his movies
I saw the documentary too, the legend
nobody could touch him he was so fast, I know he used to get a punchbag, a really heavy one and he would kick it up to the rafters.
I saw the one inch punch he did too at a karate exhibition knocked a guy flying with it. Thing was though he was obsessed with it all everything he did was an excercise, stomach crunches in the car while he was driving, balance practice when he put his pants on etc etc
Seriously an all time legend, maybe the punch you are talking about is the way of the dragon where the two guys have arms together and he flicks it out into the other guys face twice then the guy gets 2 bottles and gets killed.
imagine if he had been a boxer instead, he i think would be the pound for pound greatest of all time, he would kick pacmans butt in one round.
he must have had fast twitch fibres up to the hilt

yeah its the scene where they are facing each other with the back of there hands touching each others. i did'nt know he hit the guy twice though. ive never seen someone move as fast as bruce lee. i love that kick in "enter the dragon" where he sends the guy into the air like a rocket. he was amazing

I meant he did it twice in succession not in the same punch, i should have clarified that, sorry
He used to play a game with some guy he knew who was a karate expert, the guy had to hold a penny in his hand with his arm extended, bruce would stand a full arms length away and the other guy had to close his hand before Bruce snatched the coin, he never failed to get the coin
He said himself though that he knew people who were faster than him but he knew how to disguise it better, hard to believe i know
