Originally posted by ferocity View Posti aggree with most of this post, i don't think he can box anymore he's too old and added too much size most of it natural
but one thing is for sure, nobody has ****ed over winky, even now that winky is where he has always wanted to be he's never stopped complaining
and had delahoya not lost his 154 pound title to mosley it would have been delahoya v. winky instead of what it turned out to be delahoya v. mosley
and winky could have moved up in weight when hopkins was ruling the middleweights but never did so because he knew he'd get his ass kicked, i mean he always complianed about his fights at 154 but not till the trinidad fight did he decide to move up to face a smaller fighter
winky always talks **** and thats most of why i dislike the guy, always compliains even now that he has what he's always wanted and yet he still complains
I actually do agree that Winky hasn't been screwed over by fighters, but I do think a few decisions have gone against him that shouldn't have. The majority of people had him beating both Vargas and Taylor. I have never seen it, but I have heard that quite a few people were surprised by the Simon decision as well. So indirectly, he wasn't getting the big fights that he should have because of controversial scoring.

That has to be the funniest **** i've read today.
Originally posted by ferocity View PostBefore i ever saw Ramierez v. Whitiker 1, the boxing magazines were always split and most said Ramierez won the 1st fight. You can't give points to a boxer that is runnying away or always on defense doesn't work that way.
You guys really make up ****. I've said the Chavez fight was a draw and i aggree with a draw.
Had it been any other ref, Whitiker would have been disqualified for punching low.
Running and defense doesn't equal points.
I don't score, but the way you score is definately way different from anyone else that I have seen. It almost seems like you take points away for "running" as you call it.
I have no idea how you gave Antonio Tarver 6 rounds and an even round against Hopkins to secure a draw for him either... that fight was a massacre. Hopkins was relentless and Tarver was lethargic and lazy.

(Tito, Taylor, B-hop) I having a VERY hard time understanding the point you're trying to make.
In other words winky always obssessed how people are ducking him but he is the one doing the ducking. He talks about being ducked but he ducked Ouma. There was a time that even Daniel Santos was ducked and wanted to fight Winky and Winky turned down the Santos fight.

I just remember I was surprised about what you had to say about the Chavez fight.
