Yeah, but wins over Golden Johnson (someone who Mosley beat in his prime actually) and Kermit Cintron (who Margarito had already beaten) don't boost you up the ladder because you've simply had 2 more fights in the meantime.

Williams could be arguably ranked at 2 by this standard I guess, but I'd still have Mosley over him.

Cintron was a title holder and ranked in the top 10, Margarito was always in the top 5 for me and his win over Cintron was impressive so it boosted him. Whether it boosted him over Williams is debatable though.

Even though I like Mosley, I don't think he should be at number 2 right now.
