And yeah Quintana just got knocked out, but he showed a brilliant performance against Paul Williams the first time, something Margarito wasn't able to do. If you want to move down a guy for getting knocked out quick, that's fine, but you have to take into consideration what he did the first time and I think that outrates over Clottey.
Well, I rank them by their most recent performances.

So beating Golden Johnson and Kermit Cintron are enough to move ahead of someone with a dominat win of Luis Collazo and a close loss to Miguel Cotto?

I know it wasn't his fault, but the plain and simple fact is he didn't fight.

Might as well go head and list JCC jr number 1 at JMW then.

And activity, there are other factors as well. 154 is a wide open division .

Mosley hasn't fought in 7 months, by the time he does fight, it'll probably be over a year since the Cotto fight.

Burner I think your dead on... the only thing i would switch is berto and collazo and thats it....

                    COTTO IS #1

Williams is #2 because he beat Margarito, and just KO1 Quintana

Margarito is #3 because he also has a belt

Mosley should def be next followed by clottey

zabs great fight with cotto earns him #6

quintana above cintron because cintron is coming off 2 KOs not 1

I think berto has been more active and by KOs than collazo so i place berto at #9

Yeah, but wins over Golden Johnson (someone who Mosley beat in his prime actually) and Kermit Cintron (who Margarito had already beaten) don't boost you up the ladder because you've simply had 2 more fights in the meantime.

Williams could be arguably ranked at 2 by this standard I guess, but I'd still have Mosley over him.
