Except you know...Williams beat Margarito. Mosley also had a very close decision with Cotto so he should be ahead of Williams. Quintana behind Clottey even when beating Williams?

I wouldn't argue putting Margarito ahead of Quintana after the first round blow out, but Margarito is not the second best welterweight.

Quintana just got knocked out in 1 by Williams, I have no problem with people putting Williams ahead of Margarito though.

Mosley hasn't done anything since the Cotto fight, he's not up there because of inactivity.

He was schuedled to fight Judah. You don't move a guy down 2 places beause he hasn't fought in 6 months.

And yeah Quintana just got knocked out, but he showed a brilliant performance against Paul Williams the first time, something Margarito wasn't able to do. If you want to move down a guy for getting knocked out quick, that's fine, but you have to take into consideration what he did the first time and I think that outrates over Clottey.
